The United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to solicit, under solicitation W56HZV-23-R-0046, a 100% small business set-aside, firm fixed price, five-year multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for the procurement of G-15 Parachute and Supplies for the following:
