SF24 Chile, Interpretation Services

This is a Sources Sought announcement ONLY. No award will be issued from this notice. The 410th Contracting Support Brigade, in support of theUnited States Army South (ARSOUTH), also referred to herein as “the Government”, in support of exercise in Chile ; is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify vendors having an interest and resources to provide fulltime interpretation and translation services for US personnel.

General: This is a non-personal services contract under which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. The United States (U.S.) Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor’s employees performing the tasks herein. Such contract employees shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn shall be responsible to the U.S. Government.

Service Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform interpretation services.

Scope: Contractor shall provide non-personal services to include on-site language interpretation from Spanish to English and English to Spanish to include simultaneous interpretation and consecutive interpretation.

Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be from August - September 2024
