The purpose of this RFI/SS is to engage with industry early to answer questions, have open discussion, and identify potential vendors based on the attached set of draft requirements for Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Assistant/Educator with Army Morale, Welfare and Recreation in support of Army Community Service (ACS) in Europe.
