Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Victim Advocacy Program (VAP) and Emergency Placement Care (EPC) Support Services

The U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade, Theater Contracting Center, Unit 23163, APO, AE 09227-3163 intends to award an outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) non-personal services contract for Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Victim Advocacy Program (VAP) and Emergency Placement Care (EPC) Support Services.

This will be a follow-on acquisition to contract W564KV-20-C-0004 with a period of performance from 19 April 2025 to 18 October 2030 with 4 anticipated 12-month option periods and a 6-month extension. A 60-day phase-in is planned from 19 February 2025 to 18 April 2025. A firm fixed price (FFP); single award commercial contract is intended to fulfill this requirement.

This acquisition is being procured on a full and open competition basis with no set aside using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. The anticipated response date is 30 days after the release of the RFP.
