The contractor shall maintain AFN's radio signal using contractor's FM transmitter tower with antenna located inStuttgart- Frauenkopf. Maintenance and upkeep of the FM radio transmission shall be handled by contractor's personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for the AFN FM radio signal service.

Service will be provided twenty-four hours each day and seven days a week (24/7) on a continuous basis, to include holidays, at existing frequency,radiation pattern and power authorizations, without interruption. Stuttgart-Frauenkopf Transmitter. The Contractor shall provide support services to operate a transmitter for stereophonic operation of the synchronized network of AFN Stuttgart. The transmitter will operate at the geographical location specified in license authorization 77952169 issued on September 25th, 2008 by the BNA.
