Notice of Sources Sought/ and Site Visit Kaiserslautern Army Depot (KAD) Site improvements The 409th Contract Support Brigade, Theater Contracting Center (TCC) has a requirement for site improvements at the Kaiserslautern Army Depot (KAD), as described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement. Z2LZ Site Visit Vendors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Vendors interested in attending the site visit must notify the Contracting Officer at thomas.r.guyer.civ@army.mil and Contract Specialist lisa.childs.civ@army.mil by 1700 Central European Summer Time (CEST) on July 28, 2025, to be added to the approved list.

July 29, 2025, 0900 (CEST), Location: Ludwigshafener Str. 31 Kaiserslautern Letter of Intent and Capabilities Statement By submitting a Letter of Intent (LOI) and Capabilities Statement you are acknowledging that your company is able to comply with the requirements included in the performance work statement and has an interest in bidding on the job. You will be required to provide information that clearly shows you are able to work in the country of Germany.

Any entry or work visa issues requirements must be clearly discussed with a plan to mitigate any risk clearly identified. The U.S. Government will not provide any assistance with visas. Please note that the Unique Identifier Number and System for Award Management (SAM) registration are mandatory requirement for all companies to be considered for contract award.

Offerors may obtain a Unique Identifier Number and information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at System for Award Management: www.sam.gov. DO NOT TELEPHONE. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: Name of Firm, Name, Telephone and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm and Unique Entity Identifier (formerly DUNS number).

The solicitation/Invitation for bids package/documents will not be placed on SAM.gov. Only companies submitting a letter of interest and capabilities statement will receive a copy of the invitation for bid (IFB) package/documents when it becomes available. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. All requirements for translations will be at your own expense.

You as the contractor shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses to perform construction work in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
