This is a Request for Information (RFI). This Request is for planning purposes, and shall not be construed as a solicitation announcement, invitation for bids, request for proposals, request for quotes, or an indication that the Government will contract for the items contained in this notice. Interested contractors are invited to provide responses to the questions provided.

The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with the submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to the interested parties for responses. This Request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. The information provided may be used by the Army in developing its acquisition strategy, statement of work / performance work statements, and/or statement of objectives.

Interested parties are responsible to adequately mark proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response accordingly. Note. We are currently in the process of crafting attachments that will accompany these documents; however, we are eager to seek industries feedback at the earliest stages and continuously throughout the development. PWS has not been updated since receiving feedback 01 Dec 2023, will update accordingly.

The Government is conducting an Industry Engagement Event, January 29-30, 2024 at LMI Headquarters, 7940 Jones Branch Drive, Tysons, VA 22102 which will consist of an overview of the potential requirements and one-on-one industry engagement sessions. In-person space is limited but virtual attendance is encouraged.

If you would like to attend and would like to schedule a brief one-on-one discussion with the Government during the event, please send requests to usarmy.ria.acc.mbx.gps@army.mil NTL 1000 Central Time on January 15, 2024 with a proposed duration and, if possible, any specific topics to be discussed, not to exceed 30 minutes per company.

Note: The Government is seeking feedback from industry on the quality of its Section L (Instructions to Offerors) and Section M (Evaluation Factors for Award) approaches. Please provide any relevant feedback to the following Mailbox NLT 1000 Central Time on January 25, 2024. Also Note: The suspense for requesting participation in the event is NLT, 1000 Central Time on January 15, 2024.
