Initiator Delay, Cartridge Actuator Initiator (JL56 & JL57)

The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island intends to award a Sole Source Contract to Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for the procurement of Initiator Delay, Cartridge Actuator Initiator, Department of Defense Identification Code (DODIC) JL56 and JL57.

This notice is intended for subcontracting opportunities only; it is not a request for competitive proposals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this announcement is 325920 with a size standard of 750 employees. This synopsis does not constitute an RFP and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.
