Description
As published on SAM.gov.
The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Capability Program Executive Enterprise Software & Services (CPE ES2), has awarded a sole-source, decentralized Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Enterprise Contract (W519TC-27-D-A019) to Pegasystems Inc. (CAGE: 42TM8).
This enterprise agreement provides commercial Pega Software Enterprise Subscriptions, direct Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Tier-3 technical support, and outcome-based professional services to support enterprise-wide business process management, low-code application development, artificial intelligence-driven decisioning, and case management across the United States Army and Department of War (DoW).
In accordance with Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) §3204(a)(1) as implemented in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1(b), Pegasystems Inc. is the only responsible source capable of satisfying agency requirements due to its proprietary ownership of the platform's source code, rules engine, and visual low-code framework.
This new enterprise vehicle establishes a maximum cumulative contract ceiling of $419,008,835.54 across a five-year base ordering period and a five-year optional ordering period.
