Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Expelling Charge Cups and Covers in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). This solicitation will result in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract that contains an up to 100% Option Quantity, to be evaluated at the time of award.

This solicitation is issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedure as a non-commercial supply. This solicitation will be awarded to the responsive, responsible, lowest priced offeror. This requirement is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code - 332994 - Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories Manufacturing. Size standard is 1,000 employees.
