Thin Layer Explosives (SP02 & SP03)

The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island intends to award a Sole Source Contract to Rockwell Collins, Inc. in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for the procurement of Thin Layer Explosives, Department of Defense Identification Code (DODIC) SP02 and SP03. This notice is intended for subcontracting opportunities only; it is not a request for competitive proposals.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this announcement is 325920 with a size standard of 750 employees. This synopsis does not constitute an RFP and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.
