100% Small Business Set-Aside DESCRIPTION: This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding projected solicitation W519TC-26-R-BTOC for various construction requirements projected to be awarded as Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). All requirement performance is projected to be located on the Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD), Richmond, KY 40475. This requirement is expected to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

Projected NAICS – 236220 Projected PSC – Z1AA – Y1JZ This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forthcoming and will have all the necessary documents, including a scope of work. All Task Order magnitudes will be IAW FAR 36.204(d) at time of Task Order request(s) for proposal. Performance and Payments Bonds will be required for each Task Order.
