In addition, RFP Attachment 0001, Small Caliber Second Source Price Matrix and RFP Attachment 0002, Economic Price Adjustment (EPA)/Nitrocellulose (NC) Content Factors and EPA/NC Calculation Worksheets (both dated January 8, 2026) are incorporated and replace previous versions.

The Government is hereby providing revisions to the Government responses posted to this announcement on January 6, 2026. The revised Comments/Questions and Answers document (RFP W519TC-25-R-0034 Q&As Revised) is in the Attachments section. The initial version (RFP W519TC-25-R-0034 Q&As) will remain in the Attachments section for traceability purposes. The Government revisions are in bold and are primarily related to finished components.
