Solid Waste Services – Pine Bluff Arsenal

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues request for quote (RFQ) W519TC-25-Q-2018 for Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) commercial SOLID WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). The solid waste removal services shall be completed in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included with the solicitation, and the specifications contained in the solicitation.

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

In accordance with FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 32.003, progress payments will not be authorized for this requirement. The corresponding NAICS code is 562111; the small business size standard is $47,000,000.00; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is S205. The contract resulting from this RFQ will consist of a one-year base and one option year.

The Period of Performance for this contract is anticipated to be: - Base Year: 7 JANUARY 2025 – 6 JANUARY 2026 - Option Year: 7 JANUARY 2026 – 6 JANUARY 2027 Vendor will perform services required under this solicitation via FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, postal address: Pine Bluff Arsenal 10020 Kabrich Circle Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500 The following attachments are associated with this solicitation.
