The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island, on the behalf of Joint Manufacturing Technology Center (JMTC) located in Rock Island, IL., is issuing this request for information as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having interest in and the resources to provide for the removal and instalation for a 5-Ton Electric Arc Furnance per the attached. * Please note that these documents will be in draft version only and are subject to change.

For planning purposes only, the Government anticipates a FirmFixed Price (FFP) contract. Respondents should demonstrate that they possess the experience and technical capability to support this requirement. Respondents shall provide a summary of the following:
