Angel J. Traman, Contract Specialist Description: Scope of effort: This effort is full and open competition. Lowest priced technically acceptable (LTPA) criteria will be used to make award. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this synopsis. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) will not pay for information received in response to this synopsis.

Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited, however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation with a proposal which will be considered by ACC-RI. This notice is published for subcontracting purposes only. The Network Enterprise Center (NEC) has a requirement for Radio Land Mobile Radio System (LMRS) Maintenance Services. Radio LMRS Maintenace Services will provide maintenance to various tenants at the Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) for Radio Subscriber Units on the RIA P25 LMRS. Work is governed by vendors being L3 Harris Certified. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be 01 June 2024 – 31 May 2029.
