FY24 Agricultural Cedar Tree and Brush Removal

Headquarters, US Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for FY24 Agricultural Cedar Tree and Brush Removal at the Iowa Army Ammunution Plant (IAAAP). The contractor shall remove invasive eastern red cedars, trees and brush from and next to agricultural lease access roads/areas, perform the removal with minor ground disturbance and no adverse impact to threatened/endangered species or cultural resources. All wood debris will be chipped/mulched and left at the sites.

Stumps will be ground off/cut at the soil surface. Debris in Ag. fields/areas will be picked up and removed. This requirement will be competed in accordance with the terms and conditions of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number W52P1J-09-G-0001. It is anticipated that this procurement will result in an award to American Ordnance LLC who is the Operating Contractor at IAAAP.

Authority for this contract action shall be the Government Property Clause FAR 52.245-1 and will be effected as a task order under the existing BOA that is in place through Calendar Year 2033. Reference for this action shall be W519TC-24-R-A010.
