Calendar Year 2024 Management of Single Manager for Conventional Ammunition (SMCA) material at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant (IAAAP)

Headquarters, US Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Calendar Year 2024 Management of Single Manager for Conventional Ammunition (SMCA) material at the Iowa Army Ammunution Plant (IAAAP). The contractor shall manage and maintain custodial documentation for the movement and storage of all SMCA managed materiel received, stored, and issued, and shall reconcile inventory records at IAAAP.

This requirement will be competed in accordance with the terms and conditions of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number W52P1J-09-G-0001. It is anticipated that this procurement will result in an award to American Ordnance LLC who is the Operating Contractor at IAAAP. Authority for this contract action shall be the Government Property Clause FAR 52.245-1 and will be effected as a task order under the existing BOA that is in place through Calendar Year 2033. Reference for this action shall be W519TC-24-R-A006.
