Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is issuing this pre-solicitation synopsis for W519TC-24-R-2023. This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding W519TC-24-R-2023, for ongoing Refuse and Recycle Removal and Disposal Services on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois. This requirement will be a Full and Open Competition.

NAICS – 562111 – Solid Waste Collection Service Code – S205 – Housekeeping – Trash/Garbage Collection This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will have all the necessary documents, including Scope of Work. The proposed contract will be for one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The NAICS code assigned to this requirement is 562111, which has a size standard of $47 million.

To receive an award, contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and NAICS code 562111 must be included. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract. ACC-RI plans to issue the solicitation no later than 26 January 2024 and the due date for responses will be included in the solicitation. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to the website and it is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
