PBA Server Room HVAC

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order contract for TWO PACKAGED HVAC HEAT PUMP UNITS to be provided to Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). PBA will install the units. The contractor shall complete unit start-up after PBA has completed installation. The requirements shall be completed in accordance with the Purchase Requirements and specifications contained in this solicitation.

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance (IAW) with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a total small business set-aside solicitation, IAW authorization provided at FAR 19.502 – Total small business set-asides.

The corresponding NAICS code is 339999; the small business size standard is 550 employees; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 4120. Delivery: The requested items shall be delivered, and start-up completed within 120 days after award to the following:

Pine Bluff Arsenal 10020 Kabrich Circle Bldg. 53-990 Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500 Amendment 01 to solicitation W519TC-24-Q-2369 has been executed as of 15AUG2024. The purpose of Amendment 01 is to schedule a Site Visit.

Amendment 01 can be found in the list of Attachments associated with this solicitation. The closing date of this solicitation is hereby changed to Monday, September 9, 2024. All quotes shall be received no later than 0900 CT.

Amendment 02 to solicitation W519TC-24-Q-2369 has been executed as of 5SEP2024. The purpose of Amendment 02 is to revise the Purchase Requirements.

Amendment 02 and the revised Purchase Requirements document can be found in the list of Attachments associated with this solicitation. The closing date of this solicitation is hereby changed to Thursday, September 19, 2024. All quotes shall be received no later than 0900 CT. A revised Price Matrix (ATTACHMENT 001 - PRICE MATRIX REVISED) is now included in the attachments section associated with this solicitation. The Price Matrix has been revised due to the requirements changes specified in Amendment 02.

Amendment 03 to solicitation W519TC-24-Q-2369 has been executed as of 18SEP2024. The purpose of Amendment 03 is to provide responses to vendor questions.

Amendment 03 can be found in the list of Attachments associated with this solicitation. The closing date of this solicitation remains unchanged. Quotes shall be received no later than Thursday, September 19, 2024, 0900 CT.
