All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must have a current active registration at System for Award Management (SAM) - https://www.sam.gov. No fuel surcharge. Quote the cost of the 4000 psi mix concrete with 5% air, fiber and ice 5 inch slump with trucks spaced 15 minutes apart. Delivery location be McAlester Army Ammunition Plant please be at the gate prior to delivery time so the pour can start at 0530.
