JBLM Northwestern Joint Regional Correctional Facility FFS

This is a non-personal services contract to provide quality services in support of the Northwest Joint Regional Correctional Facility (NWJRCF) food service program that supports the command with flexible, efficient and cost-effective service. The service outlined in this requirement encompasses dining facility management functions, food preparation, Department of Labor (DOL) food service training, and facility sanitation (in designated areas).

Performance criteria for overall dining facility duties fall under Contractor responsibilities. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the services defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government Furnished Property (GFP) and services.
