Remove one (1) existing 60 Nominal Ton Trane Air Cooled Chiller (CH) serving Building 2145 and replace it with one (1) 60 Nominal Ton Air-Cooled Chiller. The new CH shall have at least identical specifications, quality, and standards as the existing one; thus, the new CH shall be compatible (or minor changes/improvements needed) with the current duct configuration and capable of being integrated with the existing control systems.
