Replacement of Chill Water Pumps for Bldg 3408 - HIANG Campus, JBPHH, HI

9/13/2024: See attached Questions and Answers. See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. An organized site visit has been scheduled for 10-Sep-2024 at 7:30 am HST. Quotes are due by 3:30 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time on September 17, 2024. Electronic proposals must be submitted via e-mail to Cezar Y. de Veas at cezar.y.deveas.mil@army.mil. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Submissions shall not exceed 20 pages, and provide the following:

Vendor Name; Vendor POC; Vendor CAGE; Vendor DUNS; Contact Ph#; Fax and/or Email; and Socio-Economic status; A Quote breakdown of materials, equipment, and labor; A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary; Terms of any express warranty; Contractor’s License; Price and any discount terms (if applicable).

The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract WITHOUT discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. (FAR 52.212-1(g)).
