DG10 Description: The Connecticut Air National Guard is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) Conversion from LSTDM to SIP Trucking. This procurement is being issued as a Full & Open under NAICS Code 517111. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract based on the best value trade-off approach. Offerors will be evaluated based on Technical Capabilities, Past Performance, and Price. A site visit will be held on March 4th, and March 5th.

Offerors must RSVP at least three (3) business days prior by emailing (please see Solicitation Document attachment for information). All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing by March 7th, 2025, 11:00 AM (EST). Responses will be provided via an amendment on SAM.gov. The solicitation and all attachments are available for download under the Attachments/Links section. Interested vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active CAGE Code and UEI Number to be eligible for award.
