FD CZU Single Water Pump

The 130th Airlift Wing, located in Charleston, West Virginia, is requesting a formal quotation for the purchase of one (1) Waterous CZU Single Water Pump to be installed on our Fire Truck, Model #TI1500, Serial #077092. Please note that installation will be performed by our internal team; this request is solely for the procurement of the pump unit. To be considered technically acceptable, all submitted quotations must fully comply with the minimum required specifications, which include:

Flow Capacity: 1500 Gallons per Minute (GPM) 5678 Liters per Minute (L/min) 94.6 Liters per Second (L/sec)

Pressure Ratings: 250 Pounds per Square Inch (PSI) 17 bar 1700 kilopascals (kPa) 1.7 Megapascals (MPa) Additional technical details are provided in the attached specifications document. Quotations should be submitted in accordance with your standard terms and conditions and must include documentation verifying compliance with the listed specifications. 252.232-7998 Obligations in Advance of Fiscal Year 2026 Funding (DEVIATION 2026-O0001) When awarding contracts, modifications to existing contracts including those exercising options, task orders, or delivery orders to obtain supplies and services necessary to carry out or support excepted activities in advance of the availability of fiscal year 2026 funds, use the following clause: OBLIGATIONS IN ADVANCE OF FISCAL YEAR 2026 FUNDING (OCT 2025) (DEVIATION 2026-O0001) The Department of Defense has the authority to enter into this contractual action and to obligate the Government in advance of appropriations; however, appropriated funds are not currently available to make payments under this contract to liquidate this obligation.

When appropriated funds become available, the Government will make payment in accordance with the terms of this contract, including the payment of interest where applicable under the Prompt Payment Act. This clause supersedes conflicting terms of any other provision in this contract dealing with contract payment or financing until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contractual action.
