This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W50S9J-25-Q-0003 – This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03; dated 17 Jan 2025. This requirement is designated with a Small Business set-aside of Total Small Business and associated with NAICS code: 441227. The 130th Airlift Wing, Charleston, WV is requesting a quote for ATV's please see attached combo and specifications. This requirement is being lowest price technically acceptable.
