Intent to Solicit & Negotiate with Advantor Systems Corporation

The Utah Air National Guard (UTANG) intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract with Advantor Systems for a security system upgrade under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The Utah Air National Guard currently employs an Advantor security system, and Advantor is the only source capable of providing the upgrade. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. No solicitation documentation is available. A determination by the UTANG will not open this requirement to competition based upon any written responses to this notice.
