Special Notice – Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement The Tennessee Air National Guard, located in Memphis Tennessee intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to GLOBAL GROUND SUPPORT, LLC – 540 E Old Highway 56, Olathe, KS 66061. GLOBAL GROUND SUPPORT, LLC will provide total overhaul (parts and service) and repair of Air Force (AF) 2007 Global Deicer, Model Number ER2875. This shall extend the life of the vehicle for up to seven (7) years.

This includes shipping the vehicle to the contractor’s facility, overhaul, paint, repair as necessary, return to the Tennessee Air National Guard located at 4593 Swinnea Rd. Memphis, TN. In addition, providing three (3) days of Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) training at the Memphis Air National Guard Base, 4593 Swinnea Rd. Memphis TN 38118. The requirement will be sole sourced to GLOBAL GROUND SUPPORT, LLC to get the required equipment back to operational capability.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 811111 and has a size standard of $9 M for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 11:00 a.m. CDT, 11 August 2026 to:

164.AW.MSC.ORG@US.AF.MIL . Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
