Repair Restrooms and Sustain Steel Structures

Synopsis: REPAIR RESTROOMS AND SUSTAIN STEEL STRUCTURES- SOURCES SOUGHT. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The Tennessee Air National Guard, Berry Field ANG Base, Nashville, TN has been tasked to solicit for and award a project to include but not limited to:

1) REPAIR RESTROOMS Fixtures: Demolish approximately 7 faucets, 6 toilets, 2 urinals, 8 partitions and install new. Flooring and tiling: Demolish flooring, interior wall covering, tiling and install new.

Lighting: Demolish existing lighting and install new Ceiling: Demolish existing ceiling and install new Reroute ceiling fan as necessary for adequate air circulation.

2) SUSTAIN STEEL STRUCTURES Replace fasteners and prepare, clean, prime, and paint approximately 13,400 square feet steel structures Proposed project will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The type of solicitation issued will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests.

The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of the Small Business Community to include Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.

All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 9 August 2024 at 9:00AM CST. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (attached) and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry.

The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted. Information shall be provided via email to:
