The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the Small business Size Standard is:

$45,000,000.00 in average annual receipts for the past three years. Construction project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Persons intending to submit a bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference site visit. See Section 00 21 00 for location and date. This will be an invitation for bids (IFB) and will include all documents for this solicitation.

Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than 30 Sep 2024. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for awards if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range.
