143MXG Lifted Platform

The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to: (1) Formally extend the quote submission deadline; (2) Incorporate official Government responses to vendor-submitted Questions and Answers (Q&As); and (3) Update Salient Characteristics with I.B.08. Salient Characteristics Rev 1 (Attachment 1).

Offerors must formally acknowledge receipt of this amendment, with their submission. Failure to acknowledge may render your offer non-responsive.

All other terms, conditions, and provisions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The 143d Maintenance Group (MXG), located in North Kingstown RI, has a requirement for a Lifted Platform in accordance with Combo 143MXG Lifted Platform and Lifted Platform Salient Characteristics Rev 1 (Attachment 1).

AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS: The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotations. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse
an offeror for any costs. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
