MXG Corrosion Control Roof Penetration

173d Fighter Wing Contracting Office, Kingsley Field Air National Guard Base, Klamath Falls, OR intends to solicit and award one contract to S&S SHeet Metal Inc. for the purpose of modification and repair to the Corrosion Control Roof. S&S Sheet Metal Inc. is the sole owner/holder of the warranty on the roof. Under the authority provided in FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source - and no other supples or servies will satisfy agency requirements.

When the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source, or, for DoD, NASA, and the Coast Guard, from only one or a limited number of reponsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, full and open competition need not be provided for.
