Amendment 5: This amendment is to post two additional RFI answers. No other changes. Bid opening remains 12 Feb.

Amendment 4: This amendment is to post the remaining RFI answers, extend the bid opening date, incorporate CLIN 0002, and include an amendment to Type B-3 design document. Amendment 3: This is to notify all concerned parties that this bid opening will be postponed to a later date due to a National Guard wide aquisition pause. The new bid opening date is not known at this time. A formal amendment outlining this new bid opening date as well as the remaining RFI answers will be posted later this week.

Amendment 2: This amendment is to post the RFI answer sheet, the attendance roster for the pre-bid conference, extend the bid due date, and correct the bid delivery instructions.

Amendment 1: This amendment changes the pre-bid conference from Friday 3 January to Tuesday 7 January. Additionally it outlines that the time of the pre-bid conference is 1000 PST.

PROJECT KJAQ199077, ADAL COMMUNICATIONS BLDG 210: WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND SPECS. THIS PROJECT IS BEING SOLICITED AS AN 100% COMPETITIVE SB SET-ASIDE WITH THE INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION. FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES FUNDS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE PRIOR TO AWARD. NO CONTRACT WILL BE MADE UNTIL APPROPRIATED FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE.

AWARD WILL BE MADE TO THE RESPONSIBLE BIDDER WHOSE BID CONFORMS TO THE INVITATION FOR BIDS AND IS MOST ADVANTAGEOUS TO THE GOVERNMENT CONSIDERING ONLY PRICE AND PRICE RELATED FACTORS. THE NAICS CODE IS 236220 AND THE SIZE STANDARD IS $45,000,000.00. THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $5M AND $10M. A PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT ARE SCHEDULED.
