The Oregon Air National Guard at Portland Air National Guard Base is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for Installation of Base Warning System. The contractor shall, except as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform.

CLIN 0001 Installation of Base Warning System 8 Months The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). The small business size standard is $25.0M. This action is being procured on an 100% set aside for Small Business.

The date for issuing of the solicitation is about 5 June 2025.All questions for the must be submitted by 20 June 2025 via email to james.vogt.4@us.af.mil.The solicitation closing date is scheduled for on-or about 2 July 2025. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation.

The evaluation process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services based on the criteria found in 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
