The Oregon Air National Guard at Portland Air National Guard Base is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for a Dining Facility Mess Attendant service to assist with meal preparation during Regularly Scheduled Drills.
The contractor shall, except as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform full food services at the 142d Wing Dining Facility.

The date for issuing of the solicitation is about 18 December 2024. All questions for the must be submitted by 3 January 2025 via email to james.vogt.4@us.af.mil. The solicitation closing date is scheduled for on-or about 13 January 2024. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation.
The evaluation process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services based on the criteria found in 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
