Amendment 0004

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Update Attachment 2 - Performance Work Statement 2. Include Attachment 5 - Questions and Answers 3. Include Attachment 6 - Base Map Set 4. Include Attachment 7 - Quantities 5. Extend the solicitation closing date to 4 August 2026 at 12:00PM PST. 6. Update dates for the Period of Performance.

Notice to interested parties concerning amendments 0001,0002 and 0003. The Solicitation closing date has been extended to allow the Government to develop maps/floor plans and adequately answer submitted questions. A future amendment will be issued to incorporate the requested information.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W50S8X26QA016 is issued as a Request for Quotation for janitorial services in support of 129th Rescue Wing at Moffett Field Air National Guard Base. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
