129 RQW - CY25 Drill Lodging

This solicitation is hearby cancelled in its entirety and may be re-solicited at a later date pending an investigation in to the improprieties in the quotes that were received

The 129th Rescue Wing Force Sustainment Element requires recurring lodging services in support of Calendar Year 2025 unit training assemblies at Moffett ANGB, CA. The Contractor shall provide single and double occupancy rooms on various dates as specified in the Performance Work Statement and Lodging Schedule. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to all material requirements of this solicitation and is the lowest priced (i.e., price-only evaluation).

Responsible Quoter: In addition to meeting all general responsibility standards at FAR 9.104-1, quoters intending to perform the contract by subcontracting shall submit as an attachment to their quote a written commitment - signed by the quoter and prospective subcontractor and that will be in existence at the time of contract award - to rent or otherwise acquire the needed facilities and personnel to provide the lodging required under this contract, including the rooming list coordination in Performance Work Statement paragraph 3. Vendors shall respond to this RFQ via email by 25 February 2025 at 1000 hours (10:00am) Pacific Time.

All quotes should be sent to the Contracting Officer, Dana Johnson at dana.johnson.16@us.af.mil and the Contract Specialist, Austin Breault at austin.breault.1@us.af.mil before the due date and time specified. Any quotation received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is considered “late”. All quoters must list DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN with Company name, POC, and phone number. To obtain or renew a Unique Entity ID or CAGE code, please visit https://www.sam.gov.

Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a quoter ineligible for award. Vendor must also be registered in Wide Area Work Flow to receive payment through electronic funds transfer. If you are not currently registered, please visit the following website https://piee.eb.mil/ to complete your registration. All questions regarding the RFQ package must be submitted, in writing, to the above e-mail addresses by 13 February 2025 at 1300 (1:00 pm) Pacific Time. Telephone calls will not be accepted.

Any questions received after this date and time may not be answered. Notice to quoters: The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a quoter for any costs. When returning the solicitation (standard form 1449), please complete the following:

1. Company Information (Name & Address) and CAGE Code in Block 17.

2. Blocks 30a., 30b., and 30c.

3. Pricing beginning on Page 3 (unit price and total amounts) 4. Complete information in all applicable "fill-in" provisions and clauses or provide the SAM annual electronic versions, as specified in the solicitation instructions.
