The purpose of this amendment is to attach and updated Combined Synopsis/Solicitation with corrections to the part numbers associated with CLINs 0001 and 0002. The previous version has the part numbers associated with incorrect CLINs.

ORIGINAL SOLICITATION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

W50S8V-26-Q-0027 – This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 dated 03-13-2026. This requirement is designated with a Small Business set-aside of Total Small Business and associated with NAICS code: 423610 and a small business size standard of 200 Employees. The 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, WV is requesting a quote for Schlage Electronic Locks.

This requirement is being requested and evaluated based on Price Alone with no discussions being held. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions. This requirement is for the purchase of Schlage electronic Mortise Lock, Cylindrical Lock as well as door controllers.

THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES FUNDS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE PRIOR TO AWARD AS THIS ACTION HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED ON THE NATIONAL GUARD PRIORITY LIST
