Amendment 1

A formal site visit will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 9:00 am EST. All interested parties must submit the attached Background Check Form at least 7 days prior to the site visit to natalie.clower.1@us.af.mil and shawn.green.5@us.af.mil. All attendees will check-in at the front gate of the base located at 222 Sabre Jet Blvd, Martinsburg, WV 25405. Express that you will be attending the site visit at Building 119 and hosted by SMSgt Matt Laign and SMSgt CJ Broschart.

There will be no Q&A during the site visit. Rather all questions shall be formally asked through email after the site visit has concluded prior to April 12, 2024 at 12:00 pm. A Q&A document will be formulated and posted to this solicitation by April 16, 2024 to allow time for adjustments to be made to quotes as a result of this information.

This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

W50S8V-20-Q-A010 – This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-03 dated 02-23-2024. This requirement is designated with a Small Business set-aside of Total Small Business and associated with NAICS code: 541990 and a small business size standard of $19,500,000.00. The 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, WV is requesting a quote for Fire Protection Systems Inspections.

This requirement is being requested and evaluated based on Price Alone with no discussions being held. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions.
