This amendment is to:

1. Add a Q&A document to better describe the full requirement, 2. Add verbiage requiring delivery and installation and; 3. Increase solicitation period to 28 August 2024 to allow suppliers to adjust pricing accordingly. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Breathing Air System - SCBA Fill Station FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT AND WILL BE AWARDED ONCE FUNDS HAVE BEEN RECIEVED.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

W50S8V-24-Q0012 – This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This requirement is designated with a Small Business set-aside of Total Small Business and associated with NAICS code: 333413 and a small business size standard of 500 employees. The 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, WV is requesting a quote for Breathing Air System - SCBA Fill Station.

This requirement is being requested based on price alone without discussions being held. To be considered technically acceptable you must provide a quote that meets all specifications listed in the saliant characteristics. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions. SECTION C – Descriptions and Specifications This requirement is for the purchase and installation of a Breathing Air System - SCBA Fill Station. ALL QUOTED PRODUCTS MUST MEET THE SALIANT CHARACTERISTICS LISTED IN ATTACHMENT I TO BE CONSIDERED TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (PoP): 90 Days ARO, may be increased if necessary.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: 167th Airlift Wing 222 Sabre Jet Blvd. Martinsburg, WV 25405-7704 All offers shall be submitted to SMSgt Christopher Broschart via email at christopher.broschart@us.af.mil prior to 16 August 2024, at 1200 pm (EST). A formal site visit will be held for all interested parties at 9:00 AM (EST) on 31 July 2024 the place of performance. A Base Access Request Form MUST be completed and sent to natalie.clower.1@us.af.mil for ALL individuals planning to attend (see form attached).

Form MUST be recieved no less than 7 business days. QUOTED PRICE SHALL REFLECT AND REMAIN FINAL UNTIL 12:00 PM (EST) ON 30 SEPTEMBER 2024. THE CONTRACT AWARD RESULTING FROM THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT INCREASE BEYOND THE LOWEST QUOTED PRICE OF ACCEPTABILE OFFER.
