GPS Automated Mower 138 FW Contracting office is requesting a quote for One (1) each GPS Automated Mower. This mower will include 2-year warranty and maintenance with the below specification GPS Functionality: High-precision GPS with a minimum accuracy of 1 inch. Integrated mapping software for route planning and obstacle avoidance. Real-time tracking and reporting capabilities. Ability to be paired or teamed with additional mowers (same manufacture if procured in the future).

Real time kinematic technology Mower Performance: Cutting width: Minimum 13 inches. Cutting height: Adjustable from 1.18 to 3.54 inches. Maximum cutting (every 72 hrs): 9 acres Minimum cutting (every 48 hrs): 6 acres Battery capacity: Minimum 10 Ah. Auto-levelling cutting blades.

Power Source: Electric (battery-powered) or hybrid (electric and fuel). Quick recharge capability (full charge within 2 hours) if battery-powered. Supply an additional battery for supplied mower.

Durability and Build Quality: Weather-resistant with a minimum rating of IPX5 Suitable for various terrains with capable of operation on a slope of 40% Safety Features: Obstacle avoidance. Emergency stop button. PIN required for operation.

Software Requirements User Interface: Intuitive and user-friendly interface. Remote control capability via mobile app or web platform.

Data and Analytics: Ability to store and analyze mowing patterns and efficiency.

Updates and Support: Regular software updates for the GPS and mapping system. Technical support and troubleshooting services.

Maintenance and Support Warranty: Minimum 2-year warranty on all parts and labor. If original manufacturer warranty is not at least two years, contractor shall supply a two year warranty.

Maintenance Plan: Contractor shall include an annual preventive and corrective maintenance service for the 2 years.

Training and Set-up: Complete installation and set-up required. Comprehensive training for employees on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Support: On-site support within 48 hours for critical issues. Send all quotes and questions to 138.FW.MSC@us.af.mil by 19th September 2024 at 1pm
