This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8U-24-Q-A015. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 562998, size standard is $16.5M. See attached Combo Synopsis/Solicitation for all details. Dates of performance are 29 May 2024 - 3 June 2024; place of performance is Clinton Sherman Airport in Burns Flat, OK. Evaluation for award will be based on lowest price, technically acceptable. Quotes are due to 138.FW.MSC@us.af.mil no later than 20 May 2024 at 10:00am Central time zone.
