This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8U-24-Q-A015. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. Dates of performance are 29 May 2024 - 3 June 2024; place of performance is Clinton Sherman Airport in Burns Flat, OK. Evaluation for award will be based on lowest price, technically acceptable.
