The Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to JB Roche for a complete, turn-key Rapid Severe Weather Protection Shelter (R-SWPS) to support the OA-1K Skyraider II aircraft. This procurement includes the delivery, on-site setup, and user instruction of a single tactical shelter package, which incorporates a battery backup system, a shipping container, and associated operational accessories.

All deliverables and services must be fully completed within 12 weeks of the contract award. This notice serves as public notification of the intent to sole-source, and any capability statements from interested vendors must be submitted by 06 August 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT.
