137th SOW Family Zoo After Dark

The 137th SOW at Will Rogers Air National Guard (WRANGB) is preparing to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract to a vendor for Event Coordination Services for OKC ZOO After Dark Event on Friday, 4 September 2026 from 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM CDT. This is the mandatory date and location in addition the contractor will carry the expense of the event until final acceptance is made by the Government upon the events conclusion. Award will be conducted and evaluated under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The responsible offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (available at: https://www.sam.gov/SAM/). Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to this solicitation, which shall be considered. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) will be considered for award. No DPAS Rating is assigned to this requirement. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase of Event Coordination Services of the OKC ZOO After Dark event.
