137th SOW Polaris/CAN AM Maintenance Service

The 137th SOW Air National Guard intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to Phil’s Cycle LLC, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source. Additionally, the justification is based upon mission deployment requirements in which Phil's Cycle is the only location within 50 miles of the 137th SOW with SAM registration capable of performing the necessary requirements.

The following services will be performed: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc.), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Remedial Maintenance (RM) of the servicing of the 185th SOS Utility Vehicle Fleet.

This will include oil changes, air filter replacement, and in depth small engine repair as necessary. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is:
