138th SCIF Door Replacement

When submitting quotes, please remember to acknowlege amendment 1 with your submission. SCIF Door Replacement , Building 643 at the 174th ATKW Hancock Field, Syracuse, NY. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision/quality control, and project management necessary to complete the Project SCIF Door Replacement, Building 643 at the 174th ATKW Hancock Field, Syracuse, NY in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

This includes but is not limited to demolition/recovery/disposal of existing material or equipment, delivery/receiving of all material or equipment to B643. Use of Government equipment should not be considered during any cost estimation. A site visit will be held 17 SEPTEMBER 2025 at 11:00 AM.

Attendees will meet at building 645, 6001 E Molly Rd, Syracuse, NY, 13211. Attendees must email Briana McCaffery at Briana.mccaffery@us.af.mil NLT 12:00 PM (noon) on 16 SEPTEMBER 2025. Award will be made based on lowest price. Payment bonds are required.

Wage Determination General Decision Number: NY20250026 dated 8 AUG 2025 Magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 Sep 2025. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range.
