EADS Replace and Repipe 3way Valves

PROJECT: B700 Mezzanine; Replace 3-Way Valve & Re-Pipe Reheat Coil and B703 Mezzanine; Replace 3-Way Valve, Balancing Valve & Re-Pipe Cooling Coil PROJECT ADDRESS: EASTERN AIR DEFENSE SECTOR GRIFFISS BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY PARK BUILDING 703 362 OTIS STREET ROME, NEW YORK 13441-4812 PROJECTION DESCRIPTION: Contractor furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, appliances, transportation, and materials to complete the installation of newly furnished 3-way valve and piping in Building 700 and Building 703 according to the Statement of Work dated 3 April 2025. All work must be completed without damage to any other government property outside of this work scope.

All work performed under this SOW shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, Department of Defense (DoD) policies and regulations, Whole Building Design Guide (WBDG). A site visit will be held 7 MAY 2025 at 10:00 AM.

Attendees will meet at building 703, 362 Otis Street, Rome, NY, 13441. Attendees must email Briana McCaffery at Briana.mccaffery@us.af.mil NLT 12:00 PM on 6 MAY 2025. **In accordance with the 2005 REAL ID Act, as of May 7, 2025, Installation visitors will be required to present a REAL ID compliant license/ID or another acceptable form of identification to enter DOD Installations.

Visitors, to include those being escorted by military members, who fail to produce a REAL ID or a DHS-approved alternative as listed below, may be denied installation access. **DOD-issued CACs and Dependent ID Cards are considered REAL ID compliant and will be accepted for the purpose of installation access** Award will be made based on lowest price. *Payment bonds are required.

Wage Determination General Decision Number: NY20250013 dated 14 March 2025 Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. All quotes are due NLT 2:00 PM Eastern 14 MAY 2025.
