Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13.106-1(b)- Soliciting From A Single Source and FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

The Kentucky Air National Guard Communications Flight, 1101 Grade lane Louisville, KY 40213 has a requirement to procure the following items: CLIN 0001 AA - Structural Coat Sizes are on Ricochet order form CLIN 0002 AA - Structural Pant Sizes on Ricochet order form CLIN 0003-AC - Structural Suspenders Regular MANDATORY USE POLICY & DAFI 32-2001. DAFI 32-2001, mandates use of the F&ES PPE strategic contracts for all Active Duty Air Force, Reserve, and Guard Contracting Offices, GPC holders and Fire Stations.

The sole supplier for FIRE PPE IS ADS POC at afppe@adsinc.com Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time, SUNDAY, SEPT 15TH, 2024. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
