Quotes must be submitted in electronic format (Word, PDF, Excel) to the primary POC by the closing date set forth. No extensions to due date and time will be granted.

Update 10 September 2026: Amendment 1 added to attachments clarifying a standard 10' Jersey style barrier is requested.
